By means of this spell, the caster conjures a storm cloud that releases waves of acid rain. The acid burns anything it touches, except the caster. Victims' flesh are burned and equipment damaged while they remain in the area. The acid rain cloud will stay in a room until duration, but only unleash rain if the caster is in the same area.
