Description
    A wise man once said, those who are best prepared win the battle.  Panic orb
    allows the caster to bring forth a magical orb loaded with spells.  These
    spells can be triggered, instantaneously by the caster at anytime when
    holding the orb.  After releasing the spells, the orb vanishes and another
    one cannot be summoned for quite some time.  After summoning the orb, the
    caster will be unable to cast again for a short amount of time.  The orb
    cannot be given away, or lost, but vanishes on logout.  The GP cost of this
    spell is variable based on the spells loaded which the caster has no control
    of.  The following spells are loaded into the orb at the listed level of
    caster.
