Description
    This ability lets fighters and ragers bring forth the spirit of the raging
    bear, boosting the raw striking power or the health of the user.  To muster,
    simply concentrate for a few moments, then raise spirits with a series of
    shouts and bloodcurdling screams.  Mustering benefits other fighters and
    ragers within the musterer's group, even if they have no knowledge of
    muster, benefiting from another's or their own muster!  A group of fighters
    and ragers with high spirits are a terrible sight to behold indeed!  While
    the effects are short lived, mustering again is possible without delay,
    provided sufficient willpower.  The effects of muster are improved with
    level and the supreme mastery of eternal rage.
    As a battle-master in defensive arts you are capable of mustering courage
    even in fierce combat.
