Description

The raw material used to make these gauntlets are fine silk webs spun by gigantic spiders in the Underdark.  The webs are first soaked in various magical potions before they are woven together into clothing.  Then they are dyed black to make them blend easier with the environment of the dark tunnels.  Spidersilk is known to be very lightweight but also extremely protective.
