Description
    Due to their rigorous role as defenders, Vanguards work to condition
    themselves to be extra hearty in combat.  Vigor is the end result of that
    level of training.  When used by the Vanguard, vigor increases the max
    hitpoints and improves melee resilience!
    
     By combining their rage skill to push themselves intensely, with their
    concentration to control breathing and heartrate, Vanguards are able to
    control their health and pain managing.Other types of warriors may learn
    this command, but Vanguards will always the masters of it.
