There are several Islands in the realms, these are primarily located in the domains Domain of Hoerk, Domain of Sword Seas, and Domain of Oceanfall. Though there are also islands elsewhere.

Island of Werre — The third open island is Werre, a small and some say disturbing island that consists primarily of a rocky ruined tower. Efforts to reach Werre by sea have been unsuccessful, so one must assume there's another way to get there.

Warden's Isle — The island, known as Warden's Isle, is no longer in our world, but resides in its own small pocket of existence. The only link between this island and our world is a magical mist which shrouds the island. This mist appears where the island once was on the seas

Isle of Belaern — The largest island, Belaern, is home to a large and vigorous city, Stormfront. North of the city you will find a diverse ecosystem, with both jungle and an unnatural desert. Out of the desert rises a gigantic volcano. Belaern's desert boasts several quests and unusual areas that are not for the weak of heart.
