Description
    This spell envelopes a group of enemies in a hail of shooting stars. The
    number of stars brought down is depending on the level of the caster.  The
    spell will only work at night and outdoors unless specalized alterations are
    in place.  These alterations will reduce the power of the spell.  The effect
    of the stars is increased with the caster's skill in fire and bludgeoning.
